More than likely convicted on the second charge.
But damn like media wants or thinks he may be just let off then they can cover chaos I guess?

(6,691 posts)I agree that hell get convicted, but its not unreasonable that he gets away considering the US has a very, very long history of protecting law enforcement from consequences.

(45,813 posts)I don't see how any impartial juror gets to "reasonable doubt." The prosecution case was more than solid. The defense was the spaghetti defense.
I'm anxious, though. We know how things have gone in other cases. This one is open and shut but all it takes is one.

(2,647 posts)The worst that will happen is a hung jury, in which case he gets tried again. But Im confident hell be found guilty. I definitely dont think hell be acquitted.
