In that exchange between Floyd and the older black bystander, I swear I heard Floyd say,

"He know me."

When the older bystander tells him, "You can't win." Floyd responds, "I'm not trying to win." He said it a couple of times, and I thought he followed it up with, "He know me."

1. Very possible. I think Floyd and Chauvin worked as a guard/bouncer at same bar. Not sure if they

knew each other. That would be an interesting aspect if it had been brought out in trial.

I really liked that bystander.

A coworker “retracted” his comments
Coverup of premeditated murder? Or something else.
I don’t trust that there’s no exploration in the trial of their common workplace. Swept under the rug.
