I've heard very little from AG Garland since his appointment.

Hopefully this is a good thing because he has a crew of TRUSTED investigators and prosecutors working on trumps many crimes. Along with Rudy and Bevis and Butthead , Gen. Flynn, Stone, Jared and the whole rancid gang of thieves. Not to mention the insurrection traitors both in and out of government. He should be very busy these days. Because of all this shit falls by the wayside again I for one will be very disheartened.

and makes sure his department is running efficiently and fairly. He shouldn't be a publicity hog like Barr.

We all know what happens when an AG tries to insert themselves into politics - i.e., it never ends well.

Not that I'm advocating it. But I do think that Democrats go waaaaaaaaaaay out of their way to do the opposite so as not to offend the radically PC.

I am ready to take a big old sigh. Based on how Obama's AG, with Biden as VP, "looked forward not backwards". There is an unsubstantiated fear still in the ranks of the Democratic party that if they dare to hold Republicans to pay for their crimes, at least the more prominent ones, that will trigger some kind of overwhelming sympathy for them, or anger the QOP base so much they will .......get even angrier! I have no idea really.

But I'm hoping based on Biden's claim of learning from Obama's term on how Republicans cannot be trusted, and he is beyond caring about bipartisanship for the sake of bipartisanship, that he'll allow him to go full boar. (Only the naive would think that a President's AG would ever pursue a major investigation on a rival party's actions without his approval)

I'm with 'ya!
Joe's been through it all - saw the issues Pres. Clinton had with his AGs (Waco invasion), W and how he led us through 9-11 and the Wars of Lies, watching PRESIDENT OBAMA work with his people, and, of course, IQ45 and Billy Barr-Barr-Hut!
I'm willing to sit back and trust our 'new guy' and see how it all goes - and I'm VERY confident of the man he has in the AG spot, Merrick Garland.
