Isn't it great how police unions lobby for biometric locks on guns
Such powerful unions. Isnt it great how they regularly communicate how much harder policing jobs are because there are guns everywhere?
Isnt it great how policemen push for serial number tracking on guns, and tracing capabilities so when they find a gun on the ground, they can try to identify its source and actual owner?
Everyone knows where police stand on gun control, right? Because they go out every day afraid to get shot. So you can hardly blame them for speaking up through their unions about how ready access to guns for people who have already committed crimes is a real problem.
No, wait. Generally they do none of those things. They stay silent, except when they talk about how dangerous it is to do traffic stops.
Its great how they police their own, uphold standards, hold each other accountable, learn from each others mistakes by holding professional objective reviews and implementing changes, uphold an honor code to treat all citizens fairly.
Yeah. Not the best and brightest.
