I just can't get this dichotomy off my mind today.

It's one of those things you wanna post without comment. Fill in the blanks, think about, post your own 'caption' etc. How you react to it says all I need to know about you. Love vs. Hate, Humanity vs. Inhumanity, Savagery, Barbarism.

Today puts him 'Colin Kaepernick' in my Muhammad Ali ... category for sports hero's that put themselves above self interest and beyond for humanity. He will go down in history as one of the greats. Period.

The caption read: "Pick a knee, America."

I am so grateful that we picked the correct knee today.

In this instance, the US lived up to its highest aspirations. True justice for George Floyd's family, and by societal extension, all Black, Indigenous, People of Color. May this be the start of real systemic change.
