(4,381 posts)I think the judge should have all the evidence & complaints against him before he makes a decision on the length of time this murdering asshole should spend in prison.

(34,407 posts)add to any persons sentence, it should be the same for any person. But then there's the judge. If he thinks Maxine Waters speaking to people is enough to cause a mistrial, his judging appears questionable.

(21,120 posts)Prior to the verdict, he is considered innocent, and therefore prior bad acts cannot be part of the prosecution. Now that he has been found guilty, his past reprimands can establish a long standing problem that should influence his sentence.
Honestly, I wonder if he would have been better off if he had been just tried before a judge, instead of a jury.
