Sedition Tracker says he's an Illinois resident. I live in that state and was curious to find out exactly where in Illinois he was from. The problem is, nothing I've been able to google up about him confirms this or even mentions Ilinois! I've found several sources that say he's from Delaware, including one that says he's a resident of Kent County, DE. Edited to add: The article Sedition Tracker linked to says he grew up in Kent County and is "currently living out of state" (But it doesn't say where).
