Before that, just couldnt stand her. Want to see if maybe she really learned something, or if she goes back to the same junk. I suspect the latter.

(205,161 posts)Back in the day (when she turned up on the panel), there were times I just couldn't watch, she was that offensive. We'll see if she's changed, some anti-Trumpers are easier to take than others (since Trump has taken over the Republican party, those who have rejected the party as well) so I guess we'll see how far her transformation has gone. I'm not optimistic, either. It's a welcome change to see an all-female lineup, but there are so many others I'd prefer to hear from.

(6,137 posts)for his open mindedness, really making me break away from group think. He is effective in opening minds. Im even embarrassed to say but I dont hate Sharon Osborn after I saw her interview, I understood her. May not fully agree but there are people who just dont filter. The intent still matters so Megyn Kelly is a different story.
Also, Maher has always been spot on as it comes to Islam and how burkas covering faces are anti-women, not to be ever condoned in a free society. Granted, he despises all religions, but some are more extreme than others in their application to real life and its ok to acknowledge it.

(205,161 posts)Apparently there is hope for her. I thought this was the best show of the season, so far. His interview with Fran Lebowitz was very entertaining and I liked New Rules a lot, too.
