open for everyone to get a vac but I want to wait for this one shot solution. Now though it looks like we may all eventually need boosters or new vacs.

There are now 15 cases. The recommendation to end the pause includes conveying diagnosis and treatment information to physicians so the disorder can be recognized and treated with the best chance that the treatment will not kill the patient.
At this point, it is hard to imagine a competent medical professional who is not aware of the risks both that such a clot might develop - AND - that the standard treatment for clots might kill the patient. So the pause has done what it was intended to do.
It sounds like they will continue to study the age connection - and may make future recommendations as to whether it should be used for younger patients.

That added to U.S. authorities urgency in pausing J&J vaccinations so they could tell doctors how to diagnose and treat these rare clots. Several initial patients were treated with heparin before anyone realized that might harm instead of help.
