7. I got a scam phone call today.

It was from 520 area code, somewhere in Arizona. The recorded voice said the call was to confirm my $799 purchase of a cell phone from Amazon, and to press 1 to "confirm" the purchase. I have made no such purchase and did not press 1 to confirm that purchase. I wonder what would have happened if I had? Nothing good, I am sure.

I am dead set (pun not intended) against the death penalty, but I might be persuaded to make an exception for these loathsome scammers.
