I don't know of a SCOTUS case, but most lower circuit courts have ruled as such. nt

Do the GQPers making it illegal to record other Derek Chauvins, legalizing (and rewarding?) hit and run of protesters, disempowering voters, etc., realize they look a lot like the Chinese Communists taking over Hong Kong and doing away with people's freedoms there? I thought the GQP hated "big gubment."
