6. No way Texas or Florida would have such recall laws

Democrats always want to do the right thing and shoot ourselves in the foot. We control the entire CA political apparatus. Why aren't we flexing our muscles to end this stupid charade? Make recalls harder or put at end to it via an amendment. While we're out, why can't California gerrymander like Texas and Florida and other GQP states?
