Savings bonds are now electronic instruments. They can't be redeemed for 12 months after purchase, but the current Series EE bonds are guaranteed to reach maturity in 20 years.

We absolutely need to get the numbers up now that the demand seems to be stagnating a bit.
Justice is usually pretty terrible, but this is a good move (or at least a decent start).
