Judge will not rule today on whether to grant bond, after 90min hearing. Will hear closing arguments May 6. During hearing, federal prosecutor for DC said "it does appear the bear spray Mr. Khater was holding 10 minutes earlier was not used," on Ofc Brian Sicknick, 2 others.
