But the battle's not over. Annuals. Because viruses adapt faster then we do. IMHO.

3. I happily anticipate an annual COVID shot as well as my annual flu shot...

At my age, both could be lifesavers.

Also, as of this Sunday hubby and I will be re-entering the social world by going to a family birthday party for a 2 y.o. There will be about 20 people there, outdoors, BBQing. Only about half will be vaccinated, but we have been fully protected since over a month ago.

Likewise I have been texting with my once and future housekeeper, who says her husband got his jab and she soon expects to as well.

Hope to see my grandkids one of these days soon. That is another family that is not listening to Dr Fauci — but at this point I think wotthehell, hubby and I will just do our best going forward as we have this past 12 months.
