these cops laugh about arresting the 73 year old woman w/dementia and popping her shoulder out.

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THESE COPS? They are heartless. do they have mothers? grandmothers? have they no conscience among them? She is now suing them. GOOD!
