Senator Portman (R) Ohio is in favor of Biden's

infrastructure plan but doesn't want a tax on the rich. In other words he will never vote for it. Where does he think the money will come from the Tooth Fairy? I am sure they will want to cut SS, Medicare or something that benefits regular people. You know we have to worry about debt now.
