(4,297 posts)The guy who was king of England during World War II had started out life with a massive stuttering problem. He hired a speech therapist and overcame his stuttering problem. If you listen to his speeches, slow and measured and full of hidden pain and obvious empathy, he learned to use his disability to increase the power of his communication to England and to the world. I think Joe Biden is doing something very much like this.
