No one is closer to Donald Trump than Rudy Giuliani.

The FBI just raided Rudy's apartment and office and confiscated his communication devices.

They may have hit the mother lode.

Rudy has never been careful with his emails and messaging and it's a good bet that there is a lot for the FBI to look at.

Also, it is probably a safe assumption that Rudy has carried on foreign business for himself and Donald since the latter was forced from office.

I will be surprised if there are not charges placed against Rudy in the near future.

There is NO Attorney/Client Privilege when a crime is being committed on behalf of the client.

The Feds are going to put the squeeze on Rudy. Give him an offer he can't refuse. Once under indictment, Rudy will be disbarred. No possibility of a pardon. Rudy knows too much and the Feds KNOW that. The Feds will have plenty to work with because much of it came from Rudy's own mouth.

Rudy was definitely part of Trump’s inner circle, but I think there were a few people who might be considered “closer” to him.

Of those under investigation currently, only Weisselberg and Junior might be considered closer than Rudy.

Nevertheless, it looks like Rudy is going to jail.

Rudy is one of Dump's many tools. When a tool is no longer considered useful, it is immediately discarded with no looking back. The closest anyone gets to Dump is when they are kissing his ass. The list of those is actually pretty long. They have included Cohen, Manafort, Rudy, Lindsay, Sessions, Barr, and many, many more.

Prior to this raid. And that may well be true, but I think Fiveeyes may have a thing or two of interest that cant be destroyed. Cause it may have never been made public? My concern is what did the former guy do to our intelligence agencies? What hold overs are still there?
