INTERPOL/ A network trafficking Brazilian women for the purposes of sexual exploitation taken down

🚔 A criminal network trafficking Brazilian women for the purposes of sexual exploitation has been taken down in an operation supported by INTERPOL. Yesterday, authorities in Spain, Brazil, and Portugal arrested 7 people, including the head of the network. 👏

The criminal network was active in Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Spain, Paraguay, Portugal & the USA. INTERPOL has been working closely with the @policiafederal to support this investigation since December 2020 and published Red Notices for suspects located outside of Brazil.
