98% of Crew fully vaccinated
95% of Passengers fully vaccinated
several cruise lines will require 100% vaccination. Its not clear why CDC is not requiring 100% but it could be based upon those who already have immunity or children under 16 who can not get the shot. In any event, the proposal seems logical based on the scientific theory of herd immunity. The cruise lines will still have to meet all requirements of the previously issued Conditional Sail Order
