Andrew Brown "driving at" officers...

I don't know about you, but if I was arresting someone quote unquote "dangerous", I probably would not position myself either in front of or behind a running vehicle that person is operating.

when they're trying to flee in a vehicle. If evidence existed of that, the authorities would have likely already released the video.
