Notice the delineation within this excerpt:

James said at the time of the appointments in early March that the work "will be comprised of — but not limited to — issuing subpoenas and related compliance; examination of relevant documents and records; interviews, including formal depositions; and analysis of data and information pertinent to the investigation."

Remember how a number prior posters had insisted that OF COURSE everyone would be under oath?

APPARENTLY NOT.


Let's remember that Charlotte Bennett:

1) Refused to file a present day police report, even though she has accused Cuomo of criminal felonies.

2) Refused to cooperate with the legislative investigation, because they wanted her testimony to be under oath.

3) And Special Counsel to the Governor, Beth Garvey, after a thorough debriefing of Bennett's 'accusations', stated that Bennett made no claims of physical contact or inappropriate sexual conduct.

If Bennett made the same 'accusations' during an 'interview' with AG James investigators, they may have found no need for a formal deposition, as there was no there there.

This is in reference to a previous thread where many were pointing out that Bennet was refusing to testify under oath (among other things) and some were claiming she would most certainly would have been under oath because it was an AG investigation.
