Was vaxxed Thursday afternoon headache all day Friday then Friday night around 22:00 it hit. It hit me yet were in war and fuck the Qassholes.
Example awhile ago my ill informed dunning Krueger infected neighbors down the road Michelle Bachmann clone and her hubs their QVANGELICAL talibangelist mike hucksterbee lookalike.
They were Qsplaining to me one day as I was walking the dogs. In taking the vax Im taking the mark of the beast. Yet in same breath they tell me trump brought us the vaccines through the grace of god.
Im like wait and I said you know he fights scientist they both refused to respond and kept on telling me how fauci was Illuminati. And once Im vaxxed Ill be subjected to demonic possession. So this is what we deal with on the right fucking grown adults thinking this way theyre brainwashed.

(13,612 posts)I wonder if that has held up, or if they really have any way to prove that?
I had fatigue about 24 hours after my first Pfizer shot, no reaction after the second. If what I got a taste of was the fatigue many COVID patients report, that would have been horrible to deal with for any length of time. It was a struggle just getting ready for bed.

(43,049 posts)The second Pfizer shot hit me hard, but I betcha not as hard as Covid would have.

(4,483 posts)but it wasn't half as hard as trying to get the damn vaccine in the first place.
I was tired and napped a lot, but then it passed, and I felt great, knowing that I was vaccinated and would be able to spend time with my children once again. There was such a feeling of relief when I passed that two-week mark after the second shot--I am *free*!!!!
I am not a healthy old lady, so I probably had an extra-strong reaction, but it was tolerable and totally worth it. I would get that shot over and over if that's what it took to protect me from covid.
Congratulations!

(5,499 posts)I drank a great deal of water but still had that spacey, dry feeling I get when I take benadryl. It lasted about a day.
Anyway, small inconvenience to be fully vaxxed.
I'm probably going to completely cut ties with anti-vaxxers. I've been tolerant of fools long enough.

(21,172 posts)Couldnt sleep Wednesday night arm was sore. Was in bed all day weak and achy. Couldnt eat only drank water and took aspirin. By about 6 pm felt strong enough to get out of bed.
But the funny thing is in January of 2020 I was sick like that for 4 days. I think I had an early strain of covid 19. And my husband got it also a few days later. Hes taking his second dose of Pfizer Monday so it will be interesting to see if he has side effects. I told him to take Tuesday off just in case.

(23,362 posts)... it sounds better than being put on a ventilator.
I had minor flu symptoms from my second Moderna. I was back to normal in two days; as a bonus, I am now indestructible, impervious to random covids. Behind my mask, I scoff at Q and his (or her) anons.
