45000 votes was the total margin of victory for Biden in the states of AZ, GA and WI. To give the states to Trump with the same margin, you'd need a shift of 90000 votes. Otherwise the votes in the 3 states would be tied and there'd be recounts with the possibility Biden being declared the winner in at least one.

Even with all 3 states going to Trump, his EC vote would be only 269, tied with Biden, and the contest would then go to the House of Representatives.
