It's not who votes - it's who counts the votes.

Did Stalin really say that?

Whomever, we are seeing that axiom being put into practice in Arizona at this time.

This is a very dangerous proposition for a democracy.

"I consider it completely unimportant who in the party will vote, or how; but what is extraordinarily important is this—who will count the votes, and how."

This "audit" has no legal standing, and won't change anyone's minds.

But it could have some impact on those that believe the election was stolen. This could be all the evidence they need to continue the charade. It is adding fuel to the already blazing fire.

Do you believe there is anything "illegal" in promoting a "recount" such as this? In what way could it be "illegal"?

They already believe this so no opinions will be changed.

As for legality? These are no longer ballots, they are archival records. No less legal than the media count of Florida ballots after the 2000 election.

Boss Tweed:
Remember the first rule of politics. The ballots don't make the results, the counters make the results. The counters. Keep counting!!!!
