Biden never stopped moving. That's why he can do that. He has lived right and stayed active. That kind of thing goes a long way as far as what one can do in later years. Bloated, Orange Ballsack, otoh, well... I'm surprised he even makes it through what he calls a golf game, even considering he spends the vast majority of it in a golf cart.

I knew a woman who was doing step aerobics into her early 90s. Last I heard, she's still working out, but she's gardening, instead.

I wondered if it was really true with weights and such, not the stiffness or pains. Doing research now on the exercises I particularly need especially tightening up the lower back. Trump couldn't even get down let alone back up. I still work on rising from a sit or squat without using hands.

34. Does your local PBS network carry "Classical Stretch By Essentrics"?

If so, I HIGHLY recommend doing it every day that it's on. I started doing it last year, when they closed all the gyms. I had been taking a barre class, but I found that this helped my flexibility and balance way more than that class ever did. Most of her routines help with back/core strengthening and flexibility, among other things. It'll help with the sit/squat thing, too.

I told my son, my priorities have change, at this age. I was always physical, tight and strong but this is different, lol. I work a lot on core and balance. I do it in dance. Jack up my music and I need to grab hand weights. Rap or Revolution 60's music has me jump out of chair and work hard on that core muscle/balance and stretch stuff. Son (very athletic id 20's) was snorting at me that was not proper exercise, but I think he did some reading in order to lecture me and learned the truth of it. So funny. But this is what I am talking about. Up to 60 I had a body I handle one way and now I am finding I need to shift and learn, at 60.

Thanks for the conversation. I was just talking to 74 yr old about find a chair that did not hurt our lower back, lol. That is what I mean, I was impressed with Biden. He gives me hope, lol.

The ones with the kids looked extremely forced. The few with dogs kept the dogs in the distance, never anywhere near him. Fortunately for the dogs, who were at less risk of catching anything from him.

So, as a kid, Joe Biden lived across the street (on Wilson Rd.) from my mom in Wilmington DE (Portal & Glenside Ave).
I have a photo of a smiling, dancing Joe Biden at a party dated May 1956.... Curious if there is any interest in the photo.....

One guy looks like he's reaching into his jacket and a couple more are ready to throw themselves on top of the President. And who are the guys in uniform on the far left of the photo? Did Joe speak to them?
