Villages woman calls Burger King employee the N word and throws Whopper at her.

A 77-year-old Villager was arrested in an alleged racial tirade after throwing her Whopper sandwich at a Burger King employee.

Judith Ann Black of the Village of Pine Ridge was apparently enraged over the thickness of the tomato served in her Whopper sandwich Friday evening at the Burger King restaurant at Trailwinds Village on County Road 466A in Wildwood. She confronted a Burger King employee at the counter and was “yelling” at her, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department.

The Burger King worker tried to convince the Texas native to calm down and said she could not help her if she did not stop yelling. The worker turned her back on Black who threw the Whopper at the employee, hitting her in the back, the report said.

If I were Burger King, I would ban her for life but she'll probably get (if she has any) some friends to sneak in and still continue to get her whoppers etc.

God, if someone is freaking out over something this pathetic (a tomato slice), we truly do have issues in this Country with morons like this.

And I doubt that her issues stem from economic ones being that she's in the 'Villages' in FL, a pretty expensive locale if you ask me.

Further, if you ask me, if I want to live among other old farts (like me) 24x7, in a place like the 'Villages', the answer is NO, I don't need to go hide in a sheltered or protected enclave, listen to these bigots 24x7 (not all are bigoted but a lot of them are).

I rather experience live to the fullest, enjoying ALL of what life has to offer. I don't want to watch 'my life' as I worked so hard to make, evaporate away under the relentless pressure of so called 'peer pressure' from the worst sort of people in the 'Villages'. Yikes!

My friends who live in FL has sent me plenty of crap on the 'Villages' and after reading that material they provided me, I literally ran away from anything to do with the 'Villages', and burned all of the materials so they wouldn't fall into the wrong hands later.

"The Villages" is huge. They have everything from expensive homes in gated communities to trailer parks but even the trailer parks are nicer than thems what's outside the Villages.

I have to go up there for work on occasion and it used to be funny when I'd be behind a golf cart at the McDonald's drive-thru but now it's just added annoyance lol..

is their 5G reception is insane - I got incredible speeds while there. (well over 300Mb download speeds)

And also the First Watch restaurant has the single best carnitas breakfast burrito I've ever had.

My wife does like to go up there every now and again - there's a shoe shop that carries stuff her weirdo wide feet can handle.

when these giant gated communities become the rule, and shut out the rest of the world.

IMHO, shutting out the world isn't really the answer and doesn't work too well over the long run. Kind of a mini snapshot of the whole USA crammed into a mobile home park/etc., where neighbors actually don't know their neighbors, etc.

Similar to the giant suburbs out in the outlaying areas of every major Metro area of every large city in the USA. Where neighbors don't really know each other.

She said she was “angry” that the employee was not “fixing the issue,” the report said. She admitted she “had the burger in my hand and tossed it at her.” She confirmed it hit the Burger King worker.

“Ms. Black also stated that she called the victim a ‘stupid black bitch,’” the report said.

Because of the racial language used by Black, “this enhances the charge of Battery from a misdemeanor of the first degree to a felony of the third degree under Florida State Statute 775.085,” the officer wrote in the arrest report. "
