There was speculation that it might. But instead it made more money. I haven’t heard one way or the other about Facebook.

and trying to make it an issue. With the current composition of the courts, Facebook and other media platforms do seem to be trying to avoid a major court case that might overturn the apple cart.

In other words, there are signs (and this is one of them) that facebook is afraid of this becoming a censorship court case and risking the rules being changed.

They are punting it down the road. Leaving open the possibility of re-instating him down the road.
