January 6 -- have any trials been scheduled?
With some 400 indictments, the trials could take years. It requires public defenders, prosecutors and juries. The court in the jurisdiction is probably capable for holding 2 or 3 hundred cases per year. Those common cases will be added to those of the fine, upstanding "patriots" of January 6.
