Poe's law. Removal of posts. Sarcasm/satire/parody.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poe's_law

Poe's law is an adage of Internet culture stating that, without a clear indicator of the author's intent, it is impossible to create a parody of extreme views so obviously exaggerated that it cannot be mistaken by some readers for a sincere expression of the views being parodied.[1][2][3] The original statement, by Nathan Poe, read:[1]

Without a winking smiley or other blatant display of humor, it is utterly impossible to parody a Creationist in such a way that someone won't mistake for the genuine article.

Similar to Murphy's Law, Poe's Law concerns internet debates, particularly regarding religion or politics.
---------------------------------------

Was it too subtle?

Sometimes I have had posts removed because the s/s/p was not recognized. Sometimes I have been able to get the removal reversed by pointing it out.

The emoji can be crucial.

because I said the Republican Southern States are bad for the country.
Apparently that is "bashing"

But is saying the Southern States have had a negative effect on our country politically really "bashing a group"?
By this logic if we substitute "GOP" for "Southern States" it should likewise be removed.

many want to be the victim it seems. I'm a southerner, born and raised in Georgia, worked the entire SE since 1968, lived in Florida for the past 48 years and anyone that thinks your statement is bashing, is deluded. But the Confederacy lives on.

The world has gotten so nutty that is is often difficult to recognize sarcasm.

When I think my sarcasm should be clear, I will nevertheless include:
