Or the cot is too hard. Or they don't furnish the good moisturizing soap that he's accustomed to. Or Starbucks doesn't deliver to his cell block. Or...

Separate these manly-men from their mob, and just watch how quickly they disavow all that "personal responsibility" stuff.

and/or further risk of criminality which in theory prevents pretrial release?

Is the defense attorney going to argue he only attacked the cop b/c his skateboard magically compelled him to swing it, and without it he's as peaceful as a lamb?

No peace, no rest for these scumbags, especially those who injured/attacked an officer of the law. What other acts of violence is this thug capable of should he be released on bond/etc.?

I don't trust the system enough to watch this thug should he be released on his own recognition/bond or bail/etc., our officers are already busy enough as it is.
