any less oxygen. My uneducated guess is that you work at a desk and are a couch potato in the evening.

Get out and walk, slowly are first, then pick up the pace. Eventually you will feel better and have no complaints with a mask on.

9. I am a bit puzzled about some of the new directives on mask wearing.

They kind of seem like they are politically motivated. Possibly to appease the right.
Though I have had both Pfizer shots my brain tells me to wear a mask in indoor situations where there are strangers and outdoors if I am in close proximity to people. My brain also tells me to avoid indoor activities where I will be around people for a prolonged period.. There are IMO not enough people vaccinated yet and it seems like an experiment at this point to relax things too quickly.
