California gubernatorial candidate Caitlyn Jenner just admitted that she didnt even vote last year because she was golfing that day. I didnt even vote, Jenner told CNNs Dana Bash in an interview at her Malibu home. I just wound up going to play golf and I said, Eh, Im not doing that. (voting)'
Bash asked Jenner if she thinks that her support for Trump is a liability in California, which overwhelmingly voted for Joe Biden last year. Jenner downplayed her support, and then Bash asked: Did you vote for him in 2020?
No, she replied.
Whod you vote for? Bash asked.
I didnt even vote, Jenner admitted.
Jenner said that the only thing out here in California that I worry about are the ballot propositions in the state, but that she didnt see any propositions that I really had one side or the other. And so it was Election Day and I just couldnt get excited about it, she said. And I just wound up going to play golf.'

(130,908 posts)she decided to golf instead. As she's in CA, decided her POTUS vote wouldn't matter.

(28,340 posts)she still would have been golfing.
Never heard of golfing stopping anyone from casting a vote. It's not like flying across the Atlantic solo in a prop plane or scaling a fourteener.

(3,050 posts)That affords you the luxury of enjoying the weather every day. You really never have to check the weather reports because it almost always so nice. So concerned about the policy she punted and played golf.
What exact was Newsom crime?
Eating at French Laundry?
Keeping Covid under control?
Stewardship and management of a surplus of $75B from last year?
Newsom has been very good and learned from Gov. Brown. Democratic leadership is what is happening in California. You too could or should have a Democratic Super Majority! Good Government is possible in every single state! What happens in California spreads to the rest of the US is my motto

(24,292 posts)I'm not going to go into them here, but wow, the next interviewer she talks to could just take her apart on this. It's one thing not to vote, but to say you weren't on either side of any of those initiatives is political suicide and a severe lack of awareness of what's going on in this state.
