Miller lied to congress this AM in trying to blame the media and how it would look bad if the D.C. National Guard responded to the coup/riot.
Prior to Millers stand down order on 1/4/21 the DC National Guard had the power to act autonomously to protect people, property, and the federal and local government if they saw a threat. If Miller hadnt given the stand down order the DC National Guard would have been there PDQ. I believe Mike Flynn's brother was at the Pentagon on 1/6/21 and he too was blocking and or slowing up a National Guard response to the Trump Riot/Coup.
BTW How did he know that there was going to be a riot on 1/4/21? "To employ any riot control agents."
This memorandum responds directly to your January 4, 2021 memorandum regarding the District of Columbia request for District of Columbia National Guard (DCNG) support in response to planned demonstrations from January 5-6, 2021. You are authorized to approve the requested support, subject to my guidance below and subject to consultation with the Attorney General, as required by Executive Order 11485.
Without my subsequent, personal authorization, the DCNG is not authorized the following:
* To be issued weapons, ammunition, bayonets, batons, riot control agents or ballistic protection equipment such as helmets and body armor.
* To employ any riot control agents.
* To interact physically with protesters, except when necessary in self-defense or defense of others.
* Prohibited from sharing equipment with law enforcement agencies or seeking support from any non-DC National Guard units.
* Forbidden from conducting searches, seizures, arrests, or other similar direct law enforcement activity.
* Forbidden from using Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance assets or to conduct Incident, Awareness and Assessment activities.
* No helicopters or any other air assets.

Maybe there ought to be a law that prevents last-minute appointments to positions that have law-and-order significance in terms of domestic matters in our cities. A two-month moratorium or something like that.

The Congressional Commission on Clinton/Lewinsky cost taxpayers over $50M.
The Presidential Commission on 9/11 cost taxpayers over $10M, and this was because GW McIdiot didn't what congress to control the commissions findings so he ordered one himself and wouldn't allow more than $10M to be used.
We need a Congressional 1/6 Commission and it costs what it costs.
I personally would like to see a Presidential Crimes Commission to look into all the decisions and grift by Pendejo45 and his clan/administration.
