Daniella Medina | Nashville Tennessean
There's another industry-wide shortage on our hands: Chick-fil-A sauce.
According to a statement provided to The Tennessean, Chick-fil-A said, "Due to industry-wide supply chain disruptions, some Chick-fil-A restaurants are experiencing a shortage of select items, like sauces. We are actively working to make adjustments to solve this issue quickly and apologize to our Guests for any inconvenience."
According to an email sent to customers and obtained by WTRF, Chick-fil-A said it would be limiting the number of sauces it provides with each order.
Sauces at Chick-fil-A will be limited to one sauce per entree, two sauces per meal and three sauces per 30-count nuggets, according to the email.

(15,787 posts)It was horrible and normally very good. They over fried the chicken so it was hard and rubbery. I do like chick fil a but its 35 minutes away.

(19,200 posts)Of course Russia would then hack into the sauce pipeline and we'd have to pay a king's ransom to get the sauce pipeline turned back on.

(14,966 posts)Looks like they mostly agree that it is mayo, mustard, bbq sauce, lemon juice, honey...
I've never eaten there so I don't know how accurately those recipes capture it (by the time there were any near where I live, I had already learned what bigoted assholes the people behind the company are, and decline to give them even a dime).
Strange that a company that big, making a product so mundane, couldn't quickly find alternative sources for whatever it is that is in short supply. I wonder if it is an ingredient or if it is the packaging.
