The City of San Francisco- Public Health Nurse called me to say I can get the J&J shot next Tuesday. They are arranging for someone to stay with me afterwards to make sure I don't TURN all PURPLE and explode into a shower of plastic diamonds... or whatever. Yes, they are coming to my house...I can't leave.. if I got the virus, it would tear into me like a hot fudge Sundae.

A lovely DUer (and aren't they all??) suggested stretching, bending, swinging the injected arm to reduce possibility of soreness. During the waiting period for the second, I was doing that. The jabber asked me why, and I explained. She nodded with approval. The others waiting were all on their phones, so I doubt they noticed me.
