When Liz Cheney stands up and ...

When Liz Cheney stands up and denounces the policies of the Bush Administration and the lies her father told, AND IS STILL TELLING, lies that sent people like me to war and killed half a million Iraqis, THEN you can call her a hero

Until then, she's just another Republican.

We need to move on from this. She merely was standing up for the rule of law and the Constitution.

but when I read idle musings from an amateur philosophicator - an ostensible Democrat, mind you - suggesting that President Biden appoint her to his cabinet, I’m gonna register my disapproval. The fucking CABINET!

A cabinet appointment suggests a high level of trust in the individual to do what is best for the American people, putting in place someone whose values and ideals align with those of the President. I cannot fathom Joe Biden giving control of any department or agency to a fucking neocon. My anger and revulsion would be off the charts. I question whether the person making this suggestion was merely trolling for negative attention.

I have been saying that she is running for POTUS. And I am even more convinced of that today.

Heard an interview of one of her Communications folks in Wyoming and the subtext of what she said clearly indicated that this is the truth.

How she could possibly win a Republican primary, I don't know, but I think that's her ultimate goal.

She is still a toxic Republican and her voting record with Former Guy was above 90%.

I’m good. All politicians have a political agenda.

I think Liz will beat Dump in the end.
Three plus years will change many things.

5 or 6 people have said they will run against her for the GOP nomination. I just hope Wyoming doesn't send us their version of Lauren Qbert.

... her father may have been the orchestrator of that "Big Lie," rather than GWB. And, Liz seems like a very intelligent woman, to me. She had to know... their Big Lie was so good, people still think Iraq attacked us on 9/11 and Saddam sent the anthrax letters. I do, despite all this, like what Ms. Cheney is doing.

Miscalculated.

Liz is right, the truth matters - regardless of her past.

In my opinion the walls are slowly but surely closing in on Donald Trump. More and more information is being disclosed and discovered. I suspect by 2022, there will be so much shit about Trump that the GOP will almost be saying that they voted for Biden and all along they wanted Liz to rescue them from Trump.

There is a true shit storm coming for the GOP - and it’s one that they cannot avoid.
