Again - We're Hearing About The Demise Of The Repug Party.....

We're hearing about the in-fighting going on and that the Party will not survive.

Yet even with the Dems holding the White House, The Senate and The House - the Repugs seemingly are banding together against President Biden and the Dems and holding this Administration back on passing much needed legislation to make sure we're able to continue our Democracy.

We're also watching them lie through their teeth about the Jan 6th insurrection and watching them as they successfully dismantle voting laws to suppress votes all around the U.S.. We've also watched as they stack the courts in their favor and gerryrig the census to their advantage so that they can manipulate the Congressional Districts through gerrymandering.

We're also hearing that - even with this Party that is seemingly coming apart at the seams - that they have a very good chance in re-taking the House in 2022.

What the hell is going on? How can we have a Party that's crashing - that supposedly will not survive - yet be so powerful that they have a chance at retaking the House in 2022?

I just don't get it. How can we let that happen? Is it just because our MSM says that the incumbent Party - usually loses seats in Congress in the midterms. That this is tradition.

Are we going to let the MSM dictate to the American Electorate what the outcome of the 2022 Midterms will be?

We now have a clearly defined enemy; anyone who is still a member of that criminal gang is a criminal.

nominating sorta, kinda, normal candidates for 2022 elections. Whatever normal means to them at least. They are still crazy tho.

The republican party is loosing members because even with them crazy can go so far and that is why voting suppression is at it's highest in many years which believe it or not was planned many seasons ago. They see the writing on the wall.

Instead of keeping the USA safe and a democracy republicans rather keep power and profits foremost the top goal. They care less about the USA or her people.

That said, yes, they are imploding.

and they always implode into more power.

I pray that I'm wrong and this time it will be different and that the Dems will come out of the 2022 and the 2024 elections more powerful.

But the Repugs always seem to rise from the ashes.

6. Doesn't help that they only need 3 or 7 seats to take back majority.

I really hope democratic voters really target those 47 that have a chance to flip from red to blue.

We outnumber them. It’s up to all of us to stop them. It can be done but it will require all hands on deck. If Biden’s approval remains high, we can keep the House and gain in the Senate.

We still don't understand hardball, and that fear tactics work. GOP uses lies for fear tactics, DEM's could now easily be using truth to paint the scary picture for voters, but generally don't. It wasn't until the Lincoln Project came along we started to see some actual hardball.

Strengthening Social Security was a campaign promise we made. Not a word has been breathed about it yet. I'm hoping that's by design. Get it on the table at the right time so it's fresh in the minds of voters at election time, we can leverage it for the win. Force the Republicans to show their hand, which, of course, is to let it die, so all voters are thinking about that when they go to the polls. Social Security pushes people's hot buttons. I believe that could have a similar effect as what we witnessed when the Georgia voters decided the country needed two Senators from the party that would send them $1400 rather than the party they knew wouldn't give them shit if they voted for the Republicans like they normally do.

10. Incumbent Party losing seats in the midterms is not "tradition"

It is the historical trend. It has not always happened but most of the time it has. That is why it is being reported.

If there were 50 lollipops and 5 of the fifty were blue and the others red. Would you bet that you would most likely receive a red lollipop or a blue one?

The Republican Party, at least the modern Republican party, has always had fewer numbers than the Democratic Party. What they have that makes up for that deficit is A LOT of money, major advantages in media, AND they cheat, in both legal and illegal ways and they don't care. Democrats want to govern by the will of the people by showing that government can work to help people. Republicans don't give a shit about governing by consent. They want to stay in power and do what they need to do to accomplish that goal.
