Two well-respected constitutional scholars, Steve Vladeck and the (incomparable) Laurence Tribe, discuss the MSM obsession with this story and its likelihood of any success. Vladeck: "But legally, this just *isn't* a thing. DeSantis would lose in court. And quickly." Tribe: "Even todays #SCOTUS would compel GoV. DeSantis of FLA to extradite Trump to New York if he gets indicted there. But Trump might well assume he could get DeSantis to resist, while Gov. Murphy of NJ clearly wouldnt. to 'entrap" SS & FBI officials who were 'Trump Haters' - I'm sure there are a few in Trump's SS detail who would be MOST WILLING to help enforce the 'delivery' of said suspect!!!
