I would ask Liz Cheney who she voted for in 2016 and 2020.

I'm pretty certain that she voted for the same guy that had her thrown out of her leadership position. Hard to feel sorry for her and her 90% voting record with Trump, her abandoning of her gay sister, and not voting for the COVID relieve bill. Liz Cheney is NOT a good person just because she suddenly developed a selective conscience. Not all is forgiven Liz.

we need all hands on deck against the anti-Democracy fascists. It’s like how we were allied with Stalin in WWII.

It's more like we're praising the situation that at least someone has the sense and acumen not to turn their political party into a cult of personality.

And that situation ought to be applauded, regardless of who might be saying it, or even to what end.

I also doubt she voted for Biden.

No one thinks she's a good person around here. She's useful in the present moment, that's it.

like I said, no one here wants to canonize her or even go to dinner with her, but she can fulfill a useful purpose for a limited period of time.

She touts her 93% pro Trump voting record in Congress during his term.

Stalin did not kill any non-communists in his party purges and show trials. The people he executed were entirely loyal Bolsheviks.

The terror alone; that was the point.
