I don't know whether the murder was justified, but nothing in this presentation or his answers to reporters' questions can make anyone feel better about it.

don't ever say overtly racist thing. Officers they speak through their behavior of exercising their power to oppressed people of color. One reason they get away with it is that too many people assume that unless they say something overtly racist, their behavior is benign.
