I just saw the video of Andrew Brown on CNN. From what I saw it appeared that Brown's shooting was

whether charges would be brought. He was acting as the defense attorney for the police and prosecutor, judge and jury of the dead man who could not defend himself.

People face this in a Walmart parking lot every day. At the time he was shot Brown was driving away. If he wanted to harm the cops, he could have driven a lot faster.

They shot first AFTER he'd put the car in DRIVE and driven several feet forward.
