meaning it's only Joe Manchin's agreement that is in question for the 50 votes needed.

6. Republicans have made it clear...

...that there is no point in making deals with them. Even on the off chance you come to an agreement, they will vote against it ultimately. This plays to their advantage with their base and disheartens various types of Democrats.

Time to end the pretense and do what Democrats want done without any Republican input until Republicans provide some real evidence that there is reason to make deals with them.
