Ryan is my congressman, and he's so hated by "his friends on the other side of the aisle", that they decided it is our district that has to go when Ohio loses a district. he's running to replace Senator Rob Portman.

He used to intern for his mentor Jim Trafficant (beam me up Scotty) who was known for his fiery two minute speeches on the House floor before he went to prison for theft in office.

Tim learned the ropes pretty well and learned not to steal. Apparently.

a 180 degree turn since becoming "acquainted" with him back in 2018 when he wanted to be speaker. Didn't win me as a fan.


However long before "now", I started seeing him differently, I was particularly struck with his position on impeachment long long before Nancy Pelosi finally decided it would be "on the table".

Tim Ryan was amazing in plain spoken, truth to the core, and sounding damn progressive for someone who claimed to identify as a moderate then. Today I'm more than a huge fan and I hope he can win the Senate seat. And i hope someone is waiting in the wings for his seat that is a strong candidate

I'm not a constituent, I live in California, but I can still root for him!
