A judge in Georgia’s Fulton County has granted a motion allowing absentee ballots from 2020 to be unsealed and examined for fraud, clearing the way for another audit of the election results.

1) Isn't somebody appealing this? The entire state did a couple machine recounts, AND they did a hand recount of the entire state, something like 5 million ballots. What exactly is the POINT?

2) I can see why the DOJ might not want to swoop-in and shut them down, resulting in the RightWing nutballs screaming coverup. But since they're not election experts, they could notify them if they don't keep the proper chain-of-custody and other procedures, they could get hit with HUGE expenses on their part.
