Shining the light of truth on the January 6th insurrection would hinder all this carnival sideshow crap going on in Arizona, and perhaps soon in several other states.
A bipartisan commission might upset a lot of apple carts; might bring some Republicans to the docket; might actually bury their chances of taking back the Congress in 2022.
We certainly can't have that now, can we Rep. Gallagher?
Hypocrisy is a major piece of the Republican Party's policy.

I, too, can't help think blackmail of some type.
(p.s. I know they didn't get content from her emails and phone calls, but still makes you wonder.)

He's my Representative. He tries to come off as a responsible, moderate Republican, but he supports Trump every time. I've had it with his hypocrisy. He doesn't make stupid statements like Ron Johnson, but he's no doubt a fascist supporter.
