CNN anchor: Marjorie Taylor Greene comments 'make me sick'

CNN anchor John Berman called out Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's (R-Ga.) comparison of mask mandates to the Holocaust on his CNN morning show "New Day" on Monday.

"[Your words] don't make me uncomfortable, they make me sick," Berman said, referring to the lawmaker.

-snip-

Berman, who is Jewish, said Greene shouldn't speak for Jewish people or make any Holocaust comparisons.

"I promise you that Marjorie Taylor Greene ... she thinks I'm Jewish," Berman said. "So as a rational Jewish person, let me just say to Marjorie Taylor Greene: Don't you dare speak for me." Berman said in response. "Not if you're going to compare health measures or anything to the Holocaust."

There should be universal condemnation from every anchor, commentator, reporter, and anyone else the media regularly put a microphone in front of. (The subject line is a reference to the book of Isaiah.)

Marjorie Taylor Greene’s controversies fueled huge fundraising haul

Two days after U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene filed articles of impeachment against newly inaugurated President Joe Biden, Nashville, Tennessee, real estate developer Bill Acree donated $100 to her reelection campaign.

Acree gave another $100 the day the House Rules Committee voted to strip her of her congressional committees. And another $100 the day after Greene moved to adjourn the House to avoid voting on legislation that protects LGBTQ people from discrimination.

He is among hundreds of conservatives across the nation who poured $3.2 million into Greene’s campaign account during the first three months of 2021, making the freshman lawmaker one of the U.S. House’s most prolific fundraisers.

In the House, Greene’s fundraising during that period lagged only Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who collected $4 million. Greene essentially tied with U.S. Rep. Steve Scalise, the Republican whip and a 13-year veteran of the chamber.

She raised more than House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy, who collected $2.9 million, and U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the liberal Democrat who is one of her party’s top fundraisers. Her haul was $2.8 million this reporting period.

that republicans are not fit to live with civilized, 21st century people. They're ignorant swine, and should never be allowed to partake in any government, from town councils, all the way up to the presidency. They're not even human. They crash through this world using only their pre-historic, reptilian brain. Eat, sleep, kill, breed.... that's all they're capable of understanding.

As "effective" as her outrageous behavior may be for the relatively short-term goal of fund raising, it's going to hurt her political career long-term. She doesn't know that, because she's incapable of seeing the bigger picture. People with brains that tiny can only see what's right in front of their noses.

Evil is intentional. Evil is not a condition to be treated by medical means. Evil is a moral defect that must be suppressed if we are to live in a civil society.

1) She doesn’t fucking care, 2) you’re just giving her attention, and 3) making you sick is her whole fucking game, ergo, you’re falling into her whole “owning the libs” shtick.

At this point, the media should just treat anything she says as “And in other news, ‘Empty’ Greene (Q-ball) said something outrageous.”

that the majority of Americans have never heard of, or ever will. She'll be gone quick. People need to know who the creeps are who want to destroy this nation.

But, I like to rub GOP faces in people like her. I want to "tattoo" them all with the likes of Green, Gosar, Gaetz, et al.
Antics like this need to be used against them in the mid-terms. All GOP candidates must be painted as the same kind of
people who tried to pull a coup on Jan. 6th. Tie it around their necks like a concrete block.

"This is your dog shit, GOP. Get it off my lawn!"

Perhaps she’s auditioning to replace Laura Ingraham on Fox or to become the top star on Trump TV promoting the conspiracy of the moment. She would fit better with un-reality TV as she has no place in the a serious US governing role.

It was a Star of David with the word "Jude" in the middle.

There is no such requirement of conformity here. In fact, you embarrass yourself quite often with the idiotic captions you have on your masks.

For some history, nitwit Greene:

ignorant, soulless member of Congress we have today. She may be the most ignorant, soulless member of Congress in history.

If the people in her district re-elect her they should share her shame and and I suggest carpet bombing her district back (or would it be forward?) to the Stone age.

And did not spend ONE LOUSY DIME in her district.

We spent hard in Atlanta and the areas we toured to see Dr. King's birthplace and other important Civil Rights memorials and related historical areas.

Surprisingly, most folks were following Covid protocls and wearing masks etc - at least in the Atlanta Metro area. We prepared for the worst and were surprised in a good way.

Distraction, Distraction, Distraction... keep the liberals busy gasping and talking about the indecent crap that comes from her swamp hole.

The crazies say insane stuff we think we have to respond...WHY?...let them rant to the highest clouds, just don’t listen.

Why do we care what the other trumpies think of the shit she says? It’s not directed toward them, let that sink in...she wants you pissed off.

She (ok, not only her) wants to jam up the news feeds with their crap.

This is a way to silence us, we have to yell louder just to be heard. The louder we scream, the crazier they’ll get.

Remember...this technique worked for trump.
