aside as the conservatives came to power. It is still a, "man's world," for originating policies and laws and practices.

The earlier effort did deliver a few national laws and a lot of state laws, many of them not followed and sorry it is so broad I am not going to state/county support that broad statement with evidence, I'll claim it as my opinion.

Most people are programmed to think of domestic abuse victims as female when it is estimated that 40% of domestic abuse victims are male. More needs to be done to offer support to male victims and help remove the stigma of a man reporting domestic abuse to authorities.
