A good lawyer will have very little trouble convincing a thoughtfully chosen jury that KR was acting in self defense with the video evidence.

Not to mention Fox and the RW talking machine that eggs their audiences on to perpetrate such heinous acts of savagery as righteous? They all need to be put away!

I hope they both do lots and lots of time, but in different prisons. I wouldn't want either of them to have the comfort of even one ally or compatriot.

If he is cool with what his pal Kyle did, then I don't care what happens to him in prison. Let the lifers pass him around after they're done. If he is horrified about what Kyle did with the gun he got him, and Kyle does no time, then Kyle would do well to look for a permanent job on Nauru or in Bhutan before his buddy Dominick gets out of prison.
